Cancellation Policy

  • Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • After Shipment: Once the order has been dispatched (tracking number generated), cancellations are not accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

  • If the package is visibly damaged: Please REFUSE the shipment and take photos of the damaged box as evidence.
  • Contact Us: Notify us immediately with the photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund after verification.

Returns (Non-Quality Issues) If you are not satisfied with your purchase for other reasons, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original sterile packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Due to the sensitive nature of medical devices, opened products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
